Let's Go: Preventing Childhood Obesity

As school leaders, we understand it is important to have a consistent message about healthy habits where you live, learn, work and play.

Let’s Go! is helping kids and families eat healthy and be active. The organization is partnering with school leaders, teachers, doctors, child care providers, and community organizations to help share the same four healthy habits of “5 2 1 0” everyday.  Read more, and share with your campus leadership team.

Find toolkits to adapt to your campus needs. These toolkits are loaded with information on how to integrate Let’s Go!’s evidence based strategies and the 5210 message into specific environments (schools, after school and workplaces). - See more at: http://www.letsgo.org/toolkits
