Teams will learn strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of team norms and find ways to strengthen their focus on learning. Campus leaders will learn strategies to strengthen teacher leaders and will use their campus mission, vision, values, goals and norms to make plans for the 2014-2015 school year.

This session is designed for those who are already familiar with the structure of Professional Learning Communities, and want to expand their practice and deepen their understandings.   We encourage campus teams to attend together, however individual leaders are also welcome.
